Although incorporated in 1962, Premier traces its antecedents as a privately held business back to 1929. We are viewed by the H.V.A.C. Industry as the foremost producer of quality products, and we are the major supplier to the significant manufacturers in the industry. We are a certified supplier to all of our fortune 500 customers. Wire fabrication is done in Cleveland, Ohio and Henderson, Tennessee. In April 1977, Premier opened its Thermal and Acoustical Division in Memphis, Tennessee, supplying fiberglass products and sound shields to the H.V.A.C. Industry
